the flow samui beach resort exceeded my expectations during this business stay. the secluded beachfront location, stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea, and new, beautiful decor made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. the kind and helpful staff added to the exceptional experience. can't wait to visit again!

Location not ideal, long dirt track.

The food was exceptional, with a large range of dishes to choose from. It was very easy to arrange a boat tour for the next day. Plus, the location was absolutely stunning and felt like paradise on earth.

The pools weren't very clean, and we weren't able to use the one from our room or the one by the beach. The staff tried their best to communicate but struggled to understand us at times.

The rooms are beautifully designed with stunning interiors and a lovely color combination. The hotel staff was supportive and even packed us breakfast when we had an early departure for a tour. They also allowed us to keep our luggage in the luggage room for over 24 hours. The swimming pools were amazing and the location was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
